Aditya Pathak
An engineer by qualification, his passions are music, history and the rich heritage of India. His first visit to Sri Aurobindo Ashram – Delhi Branch was around 2018 when he brought there a group for whom he was conducting a heritage walk. As for many, the first visit turned out for Aditya too a major milestone in his life. He, with his sister, Arunima, created the YESpirituality website in November 2021, and launched the YESpirituality YouTube channel on 5 December 2021.

Aditi Kaul
A psychologist by qualification, an explorer by passion. After doing her doctorate in psychology in 2015, when Aditi found that she had a body of knowledge but not yet the tools to move from knowledge to experience, she turned to the Indian Psychology Institute, Pondicherry, an institute inspired by Sri Aurobindo and the Mother’s teachings. She spent almost, without a break, about six months as a resident volunteer at the Sri Aurobindo Ashram – Delhi Branch in 2022, without which the YES courses could not have taken off. She is constantly and consciously climbing the spiral of knowledge-experience-expression, and in the process she triggers the spiritual growth of the many whose lives she touches while herself living a life full of meaning and purpose.

Amit Arora
An engineer by qualification, a passionate patriot, and a staunch devotee of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother, he is an entrepreneur. He manufactures educational toys under the banner, ‘Aurodo’, which are marketed online all over the world. In addition, Amit conducts inspirational workshops on bringing spiritual practices into business to motivate entrepreneurs towards treating profit as a by-product of business rather than its primary motive. He has been an integral part of the YES team ever since its inception, giving all of himself, without reserve, whenever required.

Arunima Pathak
An MBA with specialization in finance, Arunima quit a successful corporate career in 2020 to indulge her passions, which are music, photography and creating videos with an edu-taining content. After quitting her job, she started volunteering at Sri Aurobindo Ashram – Delhi Branch. With her brother, Aditya, she was the principal instrument in launching the YESpirituality YouTube channel. She also did all the videography and video editing for the practical classes for the YES courses, and continues her active engagement with the YES project.

Mankul Goyal
A product of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, Mankul is a dermatologist, who has taken keen interest in Ayurveda, other holistic approaches to health, and yoga, which he brings into his medical practice. After studying and practicing a few other schools of yoga, he turned to the integral yoga of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother around 2018. He is a scholar, who has understood Sri Aurobindo’s works, but is not just that. He is constantly looking within, and the inner change that he works out gets reflected in his outer life. He is now one of the Trustees in the YESpirituality Trust registered in June 2023.

Mithu Pal
Mithu Pal, with a master’s degree in biotechnology and a doctorate in education, has at least three aspects to her personality. She is a second-generation devotee of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother. She is an educationist at heart, and holds the position of Academic Supervisor at Cambridge School, New Friends Colony, New Delhi. Finally, she is a musician who writes lyrics, composes music, and has a powerful melodious voice in which she sings in several languages and styles, not to forget the innovations that she herself introduces into her songs. She has been an inspiration to the YES project right since its inception, has given YES talks, and devotional songs in her melodious voice can be easily spotted on the YESpirituality YouTube channel. She is now the Secretary of the YESpirituality Trust registered in June 2023.

Nithya
After graduating with a Masters in Political Science and a Bachelors in Journalism, Nithya worked as a journalist in alternative media highlighting issues of gender, environment, and health. In the next seven years, she transitioned into marketing, working with brands across various industries. With her heart geared towards conscious marketing, she is especially drawn to collaborating with organizations and entrepreneurs in the transformation space. Currently, she manages YESpirituality's digital presence, overseeing both the website and social media.

Ojasvinee Sharma
She thrives on exploring the wonders of life. She is a student of psychology and philosophy, currently pursuing her MBA in human resource management. Human emotions and experiences, whether studied academically or channeled artistically, are focal points of her endeavors seeking to understand the essence of human condition. This passion fuels her creative pursuits in poetry, painting, photography, songwriting and filmmaking. Her unconventional choices have been testament to her rebellious spirit fuelling her wild dreams of a social revolution leading to a more fulfilling society.

Sonika Thakral
Holding a doctorate in Computer Science, Sonika came in contact with Dr. Ramesh Bijlani while doing a post-doctoral fellowship at IIT-Delhi. She is on the faculty of Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies (University of Delhi), and is also the Secretary of Shubhakshika Educational Society, an NGO which works for the holistic rehabilitation of underprivileged children in the areas of Education and Healthcare and also runs a Shelter for those who need it. She has been a part of the YES team ever since its inception and is always eager and willing to help in any way she can.

Richa Sharma
Richa Sharma is a Counselling Psychologist with decade long experience supporting young professionals and students. She specialises in relationships, emotional health, resilience and personal growth, empowering individuals to discover their true potential. Richa blends ancient Indian wisdom with modern psychology, offering practical solutions and for contemporary life.
Through online sessions and engaging lectures, she inspires audiences in both academic and corporate settings and her approach deeply resonates with those seeking support and encouragement, providing fresh perspectives, fostering self-awareness, and offering straightforward solutions.
Richa is a gifted musician who combines spiritual and folk poetry into uplifting melodies that touch the heart. Her collaborations with musicians from around the world showcase music's remarkable ability to foster community and connection.
Richa’s talks and live satsangs can be found on YouTube, while her music is available on all streaming platforms, spreading joy and healing to a wide audience.

Rita Jain
An engineer by qualification, married to an alumnus of The Mother’s International School, Rita did a one-semester course on Teaching Yoga under the mentorship of Dr. Ramesh Bijlani in 2014. Ever since the magazine of Sri Aurobindo Ashram – Delhi Branch, The Call Beyond, went on-line in August 2015, Rita has designed every single issue month after month, and has done the same for the Spanish edition of The Call Beyond since its inception. She is now the Joint-Secretary of the of the YESpirituality Trust registered in June 2023. A quiet, committed and dependable worker, one can expect from her steady and fruitful contributions to the YES project.

Ruchi Mohan Arora
Ruchi is a student of Yoga, Pranayama and Dhyan since the year 2004 when she could not find the right doctor for her newly started cervical pain, and she landed in Morarji Desai Institute. The vibe of holistic healing attracted her beyond measure, and she soon became a lifelong student of Yoga and started her journey within. Since then, she has taken up several trainings in the practice of Yoga, Pranayama, Chakra Awareness and Meditation. She completed her formal TTC training in Yoga from Yoga Alliance. After completing 17 years of experience in corporate media, she quit her fat-paying job in 2020 and devoted herself to Yoga and holistic wellness. Recently she completed an online Ayurveda nutrition course. She strives to keep filling up her bucket of wisdom and loves to extend her so far gathered knowledge from different gurus to her students through her sessions. Ruchi is also a trained Storyteller and Playback Theatre artist wherein she brings in health, healing and hidden wisdom from our ancient texts through stories at her venture Nurture Roots, co-founded by her in 2018. She is on the panel of Nirvana Wellness and Living 150 Wellness Ayurveda School as a Yoga trainer and conducts online sessions for them.

Srividya
Holding a doctoral degree in Psychology, Srividya has always been keen to do something where she can make a difference. In her career spanning more than 20 years, Dr. Srividya has worked in top global companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ranbaxy as well as taught at James Cook University, Singapore; the University of Delhi; and Shiv Nadar School. In 2020, she founded LifeVidya, which aims at empowering teens, students and professionals to choose careers that bring them inner joy and align with their passions and who they really are. She received the Iconic Women award by the Women Economic Forum in 2022 for creating a better world for all. Besides being a dependable support, Srividya has been contributing to the YES project through her talks and short videos, and her engagement with the project is growing.
